We welcome both walk-ins and appointments.

With that said, if you would like be sure a specific service will be available for you at a specific time, please call ahead or book online. Additionally, if you would like to indulge in multiple services back-to-back, we recommend making a reservation so as to minimize wait times between services and ensure a smooth, relaxing spa experience.

You can book an appointment through your online portal provided after your initial account setup in-store. If you're new to Mid Ohio Mind, Body & Soul, please call us to schedule your first appointment.

At Mid Ohio Mind, Body & Soul, we provide UV tanning, red light therapy, and hands-free massage services. Please note, we do not offer spray tanning at this time.

We offer a range of services with various pricing options. Single tanning sessions range from $13.00 to $26.00/tax, and single red light sessions are $35.00 plus tax. We provide single sessions options, bundles of 10 visits, and monthly memberships. Keep an eye out for our monthly and holiday specials posted in-store and on our social media pages.

Must have a card on file when scheduling appointments. We ask you to please reschedule or cancel 4 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.00/per service scheduled. Your appointments are very important to us and that time is specifically reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request these adjustments are made 4 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations/rescheduling with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a charge of $10.00/per service (room) originally scheduled for. “NO-SHOWS” will be charged $10.00/per service (room) scheduled and we reserve the right to deny future scheduling of appointments. Late arrivals of 5 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a “NO-SHOW,” resulting is a charge of $10.00 for service that was needing to be rescheduled. We understand that true emergencies and illnesses happen. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancel through your online portal. Simply press the trashcan beside your scheduled appointment to cancel. This feature is not available if it is less than 4 hours until your scheduled appointment time.

A membership is the most cost-effective way to enjoy spa services at Mid Ohio Mind, Body & Soul, but if you've only got one night to shine, single visit rates are available. We also offer packages that provide significant savings over single visits. Please talk to a Tanning Consultant for details.

Our services are designed to promote your well-being and support you in looking and feeling great all of the time, not just before special occasions like an upcoming vacation or wedding. That said, because our no-commitment autopay plans require just one automatic payment before freezing or cancelling, you are welcome to enjoy our services short-term by enrolling in an autopay plan of choice and then freezing or cancelling after your first automatic payment.
